We all know from experience that simply having someone else
involved in a project can be motivating or just makes sure you turn up! This works whether you're someone simply making sure they go for a run or to the gym or a professional at your game. No professional sports person would contemplate being without a coach and the same should apply to you!

business coach can provide that much-needed sounding board and/or
provide valuable objective feedback.
Your business coach should be seen as a vital member of your management
team; it's like having an external director for your business.
Small Business Coaching is a unique form of business consulting. It's an outcome-driven process, not just a ‘talkfest’. Business coaching is a structured process designed to have you achieve the goals you’ve set within a specified time frame.
Your business coach functions like a combined mentor, manager,
sports coach and personal trainer to provide the feedback,
accountability and focus you need to achieve the results you’re after.
Our services range from one-off brainstorming sessions to a full coaching program and we often recommend a combination of our services for maximum impact. Aviel coaching is typically structured around
weekly or fortnightly one-on-one sessions with your coach. These can be
done face-to-face or by phone.
A full coaching program would generally include a core of twelve coaching sessions where we're working on specified goals. To get you moving on your goals, each week we’ll set actions which
we review in the next session. It’s the combination of being focused
on the goals and having the accountability of the regular coaching
sessions which moves you forward.
At the end of these coaching sessions, we'll do a formal review of the
progress made and together decide on the next stage using either one or a combination of our other services depending on your needs.
It's becoming standard practice in the corporate world for senior
managers to have a business coach. Now you, the small business owner,
