Laurence is an accredited business and personal coach, consultant astrologer, educator and IT consultant. Managing his own business for over fifteen years, Laurence understands the joys and challenges of being a small business owner. This has honed his clear, focussed and powerful coaching style on his rich diversity of experience interacting with individuals within both small and large businesses.

Danita Needleman BSc (Psych) Hons.
Danita's coach training together with her intuition and understanding drive her devotion to championing people to live a life they love. As a result of her involvement in developing the Aviel product range, Danita came to better understand her own motivations and actions.

Now instead of duplicating past errors, Danita enjoys an increased clarity, definition and awareness of her life's purpose and the rewarding alternatives this provides. She is enthusiastic about others deriving the same benefits.

For over ten years, Danita has managed her own consultancy, assisting business start-ups and SMEs with bookkeeping and administration services. Danita combines her pragmatic interpersonal skills and practical business acumen within the Aviel framework to make positive change possible for others.

Sancho is a Maltese x Lhasa Apso and he joined us after a year with another (unknown) organisation.

He sees his role as Head of Security and Wildlife Control. To us he is the DOG (Director of Gladness/Gratitude/Glee..). In this photo you can see how seriously he takes his role and is shown here doing a bag check :-)
